Formning

Press brake cell

Process A press brake cell is a press brake assisted by a robot where automated bending of sheet metal is carried out by pressing between two tools.

Profile rolling

Process Rolling process in which the workpiece passes through a series of rollers that gradually shapes the workpiece into the required profile.

Radial forging

Process Forging process where the workpiece is subjected to repeated press strokes from a number of dies mounted around the axis of the workpiece.

Ring Rolling

Process Rolling process in which the workpiece is rolled between two rollers to reduce the radial thickness and increase the diameter.

Rod drawing

Process Forming process in which the workpiece is drawn through a tapered shape that reduces and changes the cross-sectional area.

Rod Rolling

Process Rolling process in which the workpiece is fed between two rotating rollers so that the thickness of the workpiece gradually decreases and creates a rod.

Roll bending of large tubes

Process Bending process in which larger tubes are fed past contoured pressure rollers resulting in a continuous bend.

Roll forging

Process Forging process where the workpiece is fed through two specially shaped rolls to create a long product with varying cross section.
