Surface cleaning

Tumble blasting

Process Blasting operations in which the workpieces are tumbling in a rotating chamber while being blasted.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Process Mechanical surface cleaning process where the workpiece is immersed in a solvent, which is exposed to ultrasonic waves resulting in cavities implodes on the surface which cleans the workpiece.

Vacuum shot blasting

Process Blasting process where both the abrasive agent and dust are sucked up and separated.

Vibration polishing of molds

Process Polishing process where the workpiece cavity is filled with an abrasive agent which is then vibrated and thus polishes the cavity.

Water blasting

Process Blasting process where only water under a high pressure is used to blast the surface of a workpiece.

Wet abrasive blasting

Process Blasting operation where the abrasive is mixed with a liquid and additionally with compressed air and then ejected onto the workpiece to clean its surface.

Wheel blasting

Process Blasting process where an abrasive agent which often consists of metal balls is supplied to a rotating wheel which then throws the balls onto the contact surface of the workpiece.
