Specialists in cutting processing from prototype to finished product and series production
The RZ Group (see cluster link below) is twelve mechanical workshops and a sales company in Norway with several common competencies, each of which specializes in unique methods and processes.
RZ Finmekanik specializes in the design and manufacture of complex fixtures and tools for punching, bending, pressing and prototypes for smaller production series. Our employees have unique knowledge and high specialization in fine mechanical processing, which gives our customers access to a broad range of expertise.
We manufacture precision parts in aluminum, steel, plastic, stainless steel but also in high-alloy materials such as titanium. Our customers include orthopedic and medical technology, but also in the production of satellite equipment. For them, we manufacture complicated mechanical parts both for the computer systems on board and for the antennas. We also manufacture microwave electronics for the satellites.
As specialists in cutting machining, we are involved in the development from prototype to finished product and series production. We use advanced manufacturing methods such as wire and countersinking as well as round, flat and jig grinding.
