The company has a history since the mid-1970s. From the beginning we were a pure tool company, hence the name Ljungby Verktyg AB. Over the years, the company has constantly developed and broadened its operations. To clarify what we can offer, we changed our name to LBY Tech AB and at the same time created three business areas with different names.

LJUNGBY TOOLS
Focus on tool development. We have a long experience in tool manufacturing. This is the origin of the company. Special areas are the manufacture of pipe bending tools and accessories such as cutting, welding and control fixtures. We also develop and manufacture vacuum forming tools and other forming tools. We have a very modern and efficient machine park and modern aids for design (Solidworks) and CNC preparation (MasterCam)

LJUNGBY WATER CUTTING TECHNIQUE
We have a modern machine park with a focus on both volume production with a capacity of 3x2m and microwater cutting where we can achieve tolerances comparable to, for example, wire sparking for thinner materials. The method is particularly suitable for, for example, jewelery manufacturing and precision details.
We have access to a large material warehouse, which means that we can offer production of prototypes and series with a short delivery time. We also have the opportunity to complete your details in our milling machines and lathes. We can also take care of subsequent surface treatment as well as assembly and warehousing.

LJUNGBY LEGOTEKNIK
We have a modern machine park in turning and milling. We are focused on manufacturing in smaller to larger series sizes.
Within the company's walls, we can offer the manufacture of complete products. We have our own manufacturing resources in tool manufacturing, water cutting and a complete machine workshop for turning and milling. We can offer assembly and warehousing in our production premises of a total of about 1800 square meters.
