WATER CUT
We have four machines and cut everything from very large to small details in long or short series in the most varied materials and thicknesses.
Cutting processing
We have a number of CNC controlled cutters and lathes.
Our latest investments are a 5-axis Leadwell milling machine with turning function and a Hwacheon 330 BL,
Welding
We are certified according to 1090-1 EXC 2, and also 3834-2 and weld everything from beams to thin stainless steel and aluminum
Bending
We have two edge presses, the largest of which is an Ursviken with a pressing force of 800 tonnes and the capacity to bend 6m long plates. We cut sheet metal up to 22mm
Sanding / brushing / polishing
We grind, brush and polish sheet metal, pipes and rods.
Construction
We can assist with design assistance and the production of complete materials for manufacturing. Development of prototypes.
STEEL SHOP
Pickup Warehouse & Delivery. Buy sheet metal, rod and pipe from us. We always have material in stock. We cut to the size you need.
