Id Modeller

ID Models is published by a Småland company founded in 1927. The company was engaged in e.g. interior, door, and model carpentry. In 1995, the business was streamlined and went from interior design and door manufacturing to models, prototypes, tools and fixture manufacturing to e.g. foundry, plastics and the automotive industry.

The industry and operations have gone from old-fashioned craftsmanship to high-tech machines. The end result is still based on personal knowledge and this through experienced staff who have great personal responsibility. With consistent investments, we have built up a specialized level of technology and an efficient machine park that today consists of e.g. 6 NC cutters, of which 3 are 5-axis.

Today, much is done indirectly to the automotive industry through tool manufacturing that the plastics industry uses.
